Thanks for the article.

I am using neo4j to visualize relationships in code for extremely complex applications. e.g. which process call which function and the commands in each function etc. Would like to import two different versions of the code bases and be able to highlight the differences. e.g. show in different colour, if a relationship in one version does not exist in another, or if an object has been added/removed. Is there a way for conditional formatting of the graphs? Any suggestions?
