Somehow the news (pricing and handling) of the Twitter transaction led to me reminiscing about it (I mean my experience with it and how difficult it was to even buy data from them when I was doing my research). For starters, apart from the various attacks to Elon and his politics, there was nowhere a mention that he got a bargain. The fact that 44bn is a huge amount of money in absolute terms, and such deals are only reservered for the likes of Elon Musk made imperative my need to share my perspective.
