Just got the response from the VBox mod:

“I assume this is the same announcement that I already commented on when I said “wake me up when it’s real”. A second announcement does not make it real – and even that announcement is not saying that you’ll be able to run x86 VMs. It just says that Parallels intend to produce a hypervisor for ARM-M1.”

I guess we will have to see what it is real in this battle of virtual implementations :)
