In my case facebook provided a full backup of my data. I think they are bound to at least give you back your data by law.

I plan to create a static site with all my posts... I will let you know here :)

Sadly, Facebook feels that even if they re-activate our accounts, they will be vulnerable, so they think that by blocking them it is the only way to ensure "our" safety. Sad but true to realize that we are safe by... accident.
