I guess we are helping them modernise their army ranks then (given their well under par performance which is, by and large, attributed to their endemic corruption). Sadly, all my experinces remain all the same and it seems that some of my worries (see Lesson #3) were covered by the FT/Washington Post, as they were discussed/picked up in Davos. I think in a couple of weeks we will be in a much better position to see how this is going to play out.
